Unremarkable but clean

The hotel is well located for downtown San Diego but the room was noisy, from hearing the lift to people in the corridor, it was hard to get a good nights sleep. The view out of the window was to a service courtyard that was industrial with air con units and other plant equipment. The neighbouring apartments were so close there was no privacy. I got hit with a $32 resort fee per night which was unexpected and the few interactions I had with the reception staff were disappointing, they charged the wrong card and I also got charged for somebody else’s room service. All in all not terrible but a long way short of the other IHG properties I have stayed in before. The hotel was really clean.

At Holiday Inn York City Centre , you are conveniently located within the city walls and only minutes away from the heart of everything our historic city of York has to offer. A visit to the famous Jorvik Viking Centre is a must, a popular attraction for adults and kids alike, or take a walk down The Shambles , voted Britain’s Most Picturesque Street. We are also just minutes away from the famous Betty's Tea Room, pop in for an afternoon tea or just grab one of their famous Fat Rascals
. Our hotel has 100 modern bedrooms with free Wi-Fi , comfy beds and walk-in showers. We also offer 3 meeting rooms with free Wi-Fi, accommodating up to 60 guests, and can tailor the layout to best suit your needs.
Start your day with a hot buffet breakfast in our restaurant which is also open for dinner and kid's eat free. In the hotel bar, you can enjoy a snack or unwind with friends or family over a drink. Feel like staying in? Enjoy a meal from the room service menu.

A historic hotel in Sheffield city centre with 105 newly refurbished bedrooms, an elegant Restaurant, all day dining in the Grand Lounge bar with Premium and Suite room upgrades.
The 19th-century Grade II Crowne Plaza® Royal Victoria Sheffield hotel stands in quiet grounds off a private drive in Sheffield city centre. The hotel has 240 car parking spaces on-site. Sheffield's shops, theatres, museums and Ponds Forge water sports complex are within walking distance of the hotel.
Corporate guests enjoy the hotel's business-friendly services, including 24-hour room service and luxurious upgraded bedrooms. Just Like A Home Coming!

Just like coming home - the Crown Plaza Sheffield is the perfect place to stay when visiting this vibrant city. Room 336 provided spacious comfort with a commanding view with the amenities required to have a splendid experience. The only comment the room needs a full length mirror especially when dressing for an event. Also the inside shower door does not have a handle - difficulty when close safely and securely particularly for a petite female.
Alas the unfortunate incident during breakfast with an unruly discourteous disrespectful resident with her 'feral' offspring running riot (including a small pet in a cage being being placed on surrounding breakfast tables / jumping up and down on the restaurant furniture, running and screaming at each other as well as their parents) rather spoilt our stay. Elaine, my wife whom recently suffered a stroke was extremely dismayed, distressed and unnerved by this very unpleasant experience.
After Breakfast we decided to have a breathe of fresh air to relax having experienced such atrocious behaviour and survey the Remembrance Wall to reflect. Observed were the police outside in the car park engaging in discussions with this family accompanied with the Hotel Management.
Prior to breakfast we discussed staying a subsequent night at the Crown Plaza Harrogate on our journey home. However as Elaine was so distraught decided to travel straight home to Northumberland to recover.

Disappointing

We last stayed at this property in 2018 and enjoyed the stay at the time. This visit was extremely disappointing, especially for the cost.
The location is stunning and the property itself is beautiful and delightful to wander. Some of the staff are warm and pleasant; others clearly do not have the elan to manage anything going wrong.
The stay was challenging and I expect better from the IHG brand.
• dog policy. Glad they accept dogs; however, the public areas are off limits, which is understandable but a shame. It permitted to leave them in the room in order to have a drink at the bar, so it’s your room only or outside.
• Buffet breakfast - the eggs Benedict were served on un-toasted/cooked English muffins. Not nice.
• much of the hot food was actually lukewarm or cold.
• Any orders for coffee or hot chocolate were incredibly slow.
• The “All Day Menu” (printed at the top of the page) stops half way down and in small writing things like steak etc are only after 5pm.
• Lunch to the room was forgotten. Took an hour to get an order of chips, and we had to call to remind them after the first 25 minutes.
• Late checkout on a Sunday was a negotiation. Accommodated eventually but didn’t feel gracious.
• Pool was nice but couldn’t swim because “somebody” pooed in it and it had to be closed, cleaned and sanitised. The pool was one reason we chose this location.
• In general, the property is showing signs of wear and tear…one or two tiles had fallen off the pool wall for example.
•The ensuite bathroom looked cheap and the taps were not in best working order.
• much of the hot food was actually lukewarm or cold.
• Any orders for coffee or hot chocolate were incredibly slow.

在金牛区出差，是第一次住ihg旗下的逸衡系列，对房间的宽敞程度，房间内装潢和整洁，前台服务以及健身设施都非常满意！尤其是健身房的器材，非常的新！房间内的健身器材和等身镜也让人眼前一亮。入住期间所有服务人员的素质和态度都特别好~尤其是27楼的保洁和琼姐，推荐入住体验。

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tipp City
You can enjoy a comfortable stay at our Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites. Tipp City is located just 10 miles from the Dayton International Airport.
Families will enjoy staying at our Tipp City hotel, located off of I-75, which allows easy access to many of the local attractions.
Our hotel has a convenient location to nearby Miami County attractions, like Strawberry Festival, Tipp City Mum Festival, National Air Force Museum, Rose Music Center and the Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway. If you are a nature enthusiast, we do have Brukner Nature Center and Idle Hour Ranch. These are within a 15 minute drive of Tipp City.
During your stay with us, you will enjoy the conveniences of our complimentary Express Start hot breakfast bar featuring our trademark cinnamon rolls and the option to make your own pancakes, free Wi-Fi service throughout the hotel and our meeting room, HD televisions, heated indoor swimming pool, Fitness Center, 24-hour Business Center and guest laundry.
We also have a unique historic district in Tipp City Ohio which offers a wonderful shopping and dining experience.

Rented Jacuzzi suite and excited to find a hotel with one! Jacuzzi was clean, bed was clean and comfortable, fireplace was nice but.......got charged a $50 fee that said was going to be refunded and still haven't seen it on bank statement or explained why with no paperwork to back it, shower walls had not been wiped down, furniture was out dated and had stains, carpet was dirty and also had stains and breakfast was extremely poor!!!!! Staff was very rude!

在金牛区出差，是第一次住ihg旗下的逸衡系列，对房间的宽敞程度，房间内装潢和整洁，前台服务以及健身设施都非常满意！尤其是健身房的器材，非常的新！房间内的健身器材和等身镜也让人眼前一亮。入住前前台工作人员贴心打电话问了预计入住时间，还推荐了数款枕头选择。入住期间所有服务人员的素质和态度都特别好~尤其是27楼的保洁和琼姐，推荐入住体验。

The hotel all staff I met during my stay were cold and unprofessional, and did not give me the care and help I deserved. None of the services were up to 4 star standards, even you could hardly find a bellboy at the concierge. Every service I need to do by myself: follow up my room if it’s ready, carry luggage by myself, wait for my valet parking car ( I called and give ticket number but nothing happened)
