Meeting facilities and staffing were great. Hotel itself needs a significant makeover. Rooms, elevators are in desperate need of renovations. Changed rooms after first night due to issues within the room. Next room wasn't any better. Sink was leaning off the wall, what appeared to be mold around various areas. Unfortunately, rooms just appear to of been abused. Bathrooms around meeting area ran out of paper towels and appeared to not of been cleaned during the two-day meeting. Staff was excellent, when speaking to them regarding anything, they were always helpful and kind. Overall, it was OK for the amount paid, though not sure I'd return to that hotel when back in Dallas.

I thought the rooms were updated and nice. The bartender was awesome! The wifi was a huge problem and no one was able to correct the issue. This was a huge problem for me doing sales. The breakfast was not very good. The toilet didn't flush well in my room which was another issue.

Hotel Indigo San Antonio Riverwalk hotel is located on the northern end of the world-famous River Walk. Our convenient location is minutes away from downtown's main attractions and local business. Our hotel is a short drive from AT&T, City Public Service Energy, Southwest School of Arts and Methodist Hospital. Our local artwork showcases the area’s symbolic bridges, while our outdoor pool, terrace, and premium guest rooms with balconies offer views of the river that define our neighborhood.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alpharetta – Windward Parkway will satisfy the ever-evolving needs of today's business and leisure travelers. We also offer one meeting room for small meetings or family gatherings. Our space can hold up to 40 guests, depending on setup (catering services available). Our seasonal outdoor pool is a great place to enjoy the beautiful Atlanta weather.
If you need to access a computer or print a document, our 24-hour Business Center is available for your out-of-office needs. We are perfectly situated in the Alpharetta Business Corridor , which includes: Fiserv, Andritz, Avanos,Hewlett Packard, UPS, IBM, General Motors Training, Siemens, McKesson, ADP, and many more, and we are minutes away from Avalon. 1st night toilet broke informed front desk in person as I discovered no room phone.
Followed up in morning.
Returned in afternoon bed made trash taken sink dirty toilet still broken no phone.
Spoke with front desk a staff came to room just as I was about to go to sleep. Phone in hand discussion, toilet remained broken was promised a comp for one night.
My credit card reflect only a new charge pending for another night and the original charge resulting o. 3 day bill
Should have reflected 1 day bill if comp were done correctly
But appears their lack of communication care for customers reflects in inability.

The room and beds were comfortable! There was plenty of space for our family to not feel crowded! The shower was like heaven! It felt like a rain shower running over you and was perfect at the end of our competition days! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back!!

We had a nice quality room with a great view of the harbor and I was able to pay using points. I like the city of Duluth and enjoys visiting every so often. The location and quality of the hotel makes it very attractive. The cleanliness is abother big plus.
But this review goes on entirely too long and has many redundant inquiries. I'm sorry I started it.

My wife and I were staying to go see Linkin Park at the Van Andel Arena across the river. We were greeted enthusiastically, and warmly. We were checked in fast and were given breakfast and dinner options both in the hotel and nearby. Would definitely stay again
