Great staff and good location away from the hustle.

We stayed at this hotel for a little over a week. The staff were phenomenal at making sure we knew how to get around. The room was great until we realized that the door to the room did not lock when leaving. We realized on day 2 and brought it to the attention of the staff. They were unable to fix it so we had to move rooms. We were “upgraded “ but our new room was smaller and had a 4 poster bed that had one of the posters blocking the TV. I don’t know that this room was really any better but our security was better.

Attention to detail

First of all the property is located in a quiet area which is a big plus. Secondly the breakfast are is big too but the food was cold including hash browns and they didn’t have cinnamon rolls. Now let’s talk about the room, the floor was quite but the room it self was congested because of the refrigerator & microwave wasn’t inside the furniture as they supposed to. Also there was no closet and the bathroom need little more detail to cleaning.

Room for improvemebt

I have stayed at this particular hotel a few times now and the main complaint has always been the cleanliness of the kitchen cookware, dishes, utensils or the lack there of.
There seems to be no management oversight or checking of the rooms.
There is no response from management in person to concerns or complaints.
A closer involvement on a day to day basis is necessary and people need to be held accountable for not performing to their job standards and expectations.

Decent Hotel in the Neighborhood

The hotel is quite comfortable if you ignore the size of their bathrooms. The hotel is well decorated, in a good neighborhood with great dining options close by. However, the hotel may seem a bit cramped. The elevators are small, the corridors are a bit narrow and the bathroom is smaller than a telephone booth.
The staff is courteous and makes you feel welcome and that along with neighborhood forces you to ignore the rest.

Small Rooms, close to Canal

We had alot of problems during our 4 night stay. The Laundry caught on fire and the sprinklers went off. So the lobby was unusable. The most annoying was only 1 (of 3) elevator worked. One was stuck on 10 the entire time and apparently the service elevator hasn't worked in some time. our room 606 had a terrible sound with the fan/light combo in the bathroom that never got fixed despite the ask. The Breakfast was very poor and not at all to my regular IHG experience. I was charged for a coffee! Overall, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend to my clients.

Hotel south of Mexico City located in the World Trade Center area.
By staying at the Holiday Inn Trade Center Mexico City, You will be close to many most important corporations in the area: Mapfre, Emerson, Cemex, Loreal, Otis, Canacintra, etc . The WTC financial zone offers large shopping centers to visit, where you can find a wide range of restaurants, art galleries, banks, theaters, museums, roads to enter or leave the CDMX.
A few kilometers you will find the Azteca Stadium, Six Flags, Aztlán Urban Park, National Auditorium, Bosque de Chapultepec, Hipódromo de las Américas, Centro Banamex, Arena México and the AICM "Benito Juárez"
If you want to stay in our facilities, remember that you can enjoy our Restaurant "Promenade" International Cuisine, Lobby Bar, Cafeteria, Game Room, GYM, Steam and SPA, or have an event, take advantage of one of our meeting rooms.

Remodelan habitaciones horas inadecuadas......

Fatal ruido más ruido no pudimos descansar ningún momento ya que se escuchaba el taladro de mtto, no hubo hielo nunca cuando lo requeri, pague por piso exclusivo en el cual no me alojaron nunca hubo alguien en el vip lounge por el que pague no había nadie que atendiera dicho SERVICIO INCLUIDO, TUVE QUE ESPERAR 10 MIN por agua y regreso tardaron 15 min en subir y para acabar minibar con llave en donde se supone que te dan una llave acceso para que solo entren los que pagaron por el servicio Fatal nunca pude usarlo por que No había nadie atienda, NO RECOMIENDO ESE HOTEL!!!!

A LA MAÑANA SIGUIENTE AL DESPERTAR PARA OCUPAR EL BAÑO UNA DE LAS TOALLAS ESTABA SUCIA, PROCEDI A REVISAR LAS OTRAS 2 DE 3 Y ESAS ESTABAN BIEN POR LO QUE PUDIMOS USARLAS, AL ABRIR LA REGADERA PARA TOMAR UN BAÑO TAMBIEN LA CORTINA PARA CUBRIR LA REGADERA, SE ENCONTRABA SUCIA, DESGARRADA Y CON PARCHES, YA AL TOMAR EL BAÑO TODO IBA BIEN CUANDO DE REPENTE EMPEZO A CAER MENOS AGUA Y A HACER UN RUIDO EXTRAÑO Y FUERTE LA REGADERA, POR LO QUE NOS DIMOS PRISA AL TOMAR EL BAÑO PUES PENSAMOS QUE PODRIA FALLAR Y QUEDARNOS CON EL JABON EN EL CUERPO, ASI QUE NO PUDIMOS UTILIZAR LA TINA DE BAÑO, POR LO MISMO, POR LO QUE FUE UN PAGO INECESARIO EL TOMAR. UNA HABITACION ASI.
LA HABITACION NO CONTABA TAMPOCO COM PLANCHA PARA ROPA, Y AL SOLICITARLA, ME COMENTO LA PERSONA DE RECEPCION QUE SI DEBIA HABER UNA, A LO QUE RESPONDI QUE NO HABIA, QUE SOLO ESTABA LA MESA DE PLANCHAR Y DESPUES DE ESO ME DIJO QUE ENVIARIA UNA, AL LLEGAR EL JOVEN CON LA PLANCHA PREGUNTO NUEVAMENTE SI "APOCO NO HABIA PLANCHA" Y LE MENCIONE QUE NO!
LA CALIDAD DE LA HABITACION DEJO MUCHO QUE DESEAR, POR TODO LO ANTERIOR YA MENCIONADO, OJALA CORRIJAN ESOS ASPECTOS, SOBRE TODO LA HIGIENE, PUES FUE MUY DESAGRADABLE VER DEBAJO DE LA CAMA EL NIVEL DE SUCIEDAD QUE HABIA EN ELLA, PUES FUE CERO HIGINICO.
NO TOME FOTOS, PERO CADA UNO DE LOS ASPECTOS MENCIONADOS LOS PUEDEN CORROBORAR ENTRANDO A LA HABITACION.
