bad cleaning and hospitiltiy

checked in one weekend and there was old vomit in the room and when i was changed to antoher room it had roaches in the kitchen drawers the hotel has a very bad smell and smells bad i nthe hallways and in the rooms, the staff seems not to care and states managment is hardly there during the day.
Managment is realluy bad about responding back to complaints and when you compalin to the front desk they seem they do not really want to handle it. they say ill let managment know and you never hear anything
I do not recommend this hotel at all

DON’T STAY IN ROOM 109

We stayed in the first room on the first floor and it was a terrible experience. It was so loud in our room from all of the noise in the lobby, the elevators going off, or anyone who sat in the lobby to watch tv or socialize. We asked to switch rooms but apparently they were all taken. The staff was really friendly and professional, but the stay was awful. I’m sure we would have had a completely different experience had we been on a different floor.

Holiday Inn Milan Garibaldi Station is the ideal place for your business and leisure stay. The hotel is located in the heart of the Isola district, from where you can easily reach, by walk or by public transport (Tram or Metro), the city's main attractions or points of interest such as Corso Como, Piazza Gae Aulenti, the Milan Cathedral, the RHO Fiera exhibition center, San Siro Stadium, and much more. Holiday Inn Milan Garibaldi Station offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and features Standard, Premium, and Family rooms to meet your needs. All 134 rooms have large beds, Smart TVs with SKY channels, and a Coffee & Tea station. The hotel also has a large, monitored parking lot for a fee. The Conference Center boasts meeting rooms with efficient audio-visual equipment and can host events for up to 65 people. Bad experience in a beautiful city as Rockville MD

Just false advertisement claiming newly renovated rooms. The room I was check into flooded every time I shower, beds were made only once in a 3 day stay. Staff very rude. Got the picture stay away better option across the street.

Unprofessional Staff, Noisy Hotel – Would Not Recommend

Stayed one night in April 2025. Was placed in a room next to the lobby, where 25–30 guests were loudly gathered late at night. Front desk clerk was extremely rude and hostile when I asked to switch rooms so my child could sleep. After moving, they continued calling our new room until I had to unplug the phone. Hotel is dated, noisy, and poorly managed. Would never stay here again.

The property had a foul odor upon entering. Musty and smelly. Evidence of animal soiling in the room. Mouse droppings in the bathroom. Bathroom linens dingy. The bed was old and lumpy and very uncomfortable. Air conditioner in bedroom was not working. Curtains were dirty and soiled. Upholstery on living room furniture was dirty and had to be covered before you could sit on it. No way would I eat a meal off of anything in the kitchenette. Had we not been exhausted and out of options we would never have stayed here and on top of that. It was not inexpensive.
