We enjoyed our stay immensely. The activities on Moorea add to the experience. We did the dolphin experience and the atvi tour.

Weekend for the bike race

As always my wife and I love the staff, they make us feel welcome.
The hotel location, presentation and facilities are great.
Recommend that if you are staying for more than a transit night book "Club" (the breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes are great) and river view.

class at an affordable price

Everything with regards to service was excellent. The staff were great however the room service menu wasn't available in the room. When contacting there was minimal selection to choose from and quiet expensive compared to other places in POM. The seafood marinara I ordered was simply fish pizza, no other seafood could be noticed. Otherwise great place to stay if the weekender rate remains the same. Also is there another rate for weekender of you are paying it booking online with visa card?? Please clarify?

It was our pleasure looking after you and I am very pleased we were able to accommodate your needs.
As you mentioned the staff at our hotel make a great difference and really work hard to ensure we are looking after all our guests. I note your comment regarding room service, Holiday Inn Express does not have room service in the hotel and has limited offering for lunch and dinner in the restaurant, however we have Holiday Inn & Suites next door which provide more option on their menu. I have shared your feedback with the leadership team to rectify other issues highlighted. For the weekend rate we only have weekend package for walk ins.

Friendly and accommodating staff

The staff at the hotel are particularly friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, but it is unfortunate that suites do not have a river view. Nevertheless, despite having a city view, the room was quiet and only occasionally the sounds of traffic were audible.
