Im having a wonderful stay so far, the staff are just kind and friendly to me, they always make sure they meet my needs. So far so good but it would be more nice of they hotel management can unscrew the windows so fresh air so the rooms won't be smelly and also the moist is affecting the beds at night while sleeping... Otherwise everything is perfect

Great place for a relaxing family vacation

Recognition for Spire Elite and accorded vvip treatment! We had 4 rooms in total. Staff from check-in to breakfast restaurant went out of their way to meet all our requests as best as they could. Great location especially with young kids on a vacation as we were close to sunway pyramid and various freeways which provides easy connectivity to KL city centre.
Food at the Japanese restaurant is world class! We will surely find an excuse to be back in the future.

Great hotel

Stayed 7 days at Holiday inn Ao nang. Great hotel, staff, room and service. Plenty of space around the pool area, big and clean room. Service is at top, staff is very friendly and polite. The only downside is the poor wifi coverage. Dont know if it is a general problem, but i experied lots of wifi problem in my room.
