Was a bit dissapointing as we have been members for over 10 years and there is very little benifit to the membership now.we used to get great discounts and free breakfast now nothing .

ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose

If you're going to stay in Chitose, I would highly recommend staying at the ANA Crowne Plaza. The customer service by the staff is 5 Star quality and so is the hotel. My bed was comfortable and so were the pillows which I didn't always find during my two weeks traveling in Japan. Dinner at the hotel was good and everything I needed was taken care of. The shuttle to the airport arrived on time if not a little early but left the hotel exactly at 11 am as scheduled.
