A family-friendly Chiang Mai hotel on the banks of the Ping River with restaurants, bars, meeting rooms and wedding venues, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Everything else was good except elevators and pillows

I enjoyed my stay but there are a few things that could be improved. There were two types of pillows, hard and soft, but they were both made of a material that meant that my head was always in an uncomfortable position regardless of what I used. I eventually just used the towels for my head. The second is the elevators. There are 5 elevators but three separate systems. That means that everyone just pushes all three systems and that makes the elevators very slow as they stop at every floor. The best way to resolve the issue is to put all the elevators on the same system.

toilet door was lock by themselves

we have a problem with toilet door it look by themselves. we call someone to fix it. it take a while then we feel it long time untill someone show up ip and fix it. In the mornings we tell the staff about this story and they said that room have a record about this problem and say sorry about it and offer spa couse for us. Thank you for that.

RELAXING HOLIDAY

Although you will have a choice of hotels in CHIANG MAI for service value and friendly helpful staff it is difficult to beat this HOLIDAY INN
From the Airport Welcome to your Airport Drop Off on departure, you will find it diificult to find fault here.Like most of Thailand at the moment hotels are full of ASIAN tour groups and if a group arrive at the same time as you you could wait a few minutes for the elevator. There are VIP check in desks but if 100 guests all want the elevators at the same time you could have a lengthy wait. However service can not be faulted and staff go out of their way to help you! Even the Executive Head Chef greets you at your table during the Breakfast Buffet. Many times i rush into the Restaurant 5 mins to closing but i still am served a Full meal with all the extras.
I highly recommend this hotel to Families Business colleagues and if you want Value for Money you will find it here!

Only 15 minutes by shuttle from Bahrain International Airport (BAH), we’re an ideal base for professionals or families who are visiting Bahrain’s capital. We’re close to Manama's seafront, home to the avant-garde Bahrain National Theatre and Bahrain National Museum, where you can see ancient Dilmun artefacts. Nearby Manama Souq is a traditional open-air market selling spices, jewelry and perfumes, while The Avenues mall is one of the largest shopping centers in the world.

Major benefit lost

This property has discontinued the complementary breakfast buffet for Spire Elite guests. This is very disappointing. The replacement offer is 600 points or a free drink, hardly a comparable value for the loss of a daily complementary breakfast. As usual, the staff was excellent and couldn't be more friendly and helpful.
