The 19-floor ANA Crowne Plaza Toyama is a city landmark. Stroll across our elegant Lobby beneath the spectacular Italian chandelier with its blue-sky ceiling motif. You can head to your stylishly designed room or Suite to choose from 5 types of Sleep Advantage pillow, or celebrate your arrival with drinks in our top-floor Astral bar.
ANA Crowne Plaza Toyama is conveniently located next to Toyama International Conference Center and opposite Toyama Castle in the city centre. JR Toyama rail station is a 5-minute drive away or 15 minutes by foot. The city's tram system has a stop right outside the hotel. You can reach Toyama Airport, 8km away, in 20 minutes by taxi or bus.
Be greeted by our friendly doormen and bellboys before teaming up with the Crowne Events Director to organise seminars at the hotel or the Convention Center next door. 富山ではNo,1のホテルだと思いますし、スタッフにもその自覚があるのだろうと感じています。その意味で金沢や新潟よりスタッフの質が高く、とても満足しています。
前回部屋のにおいが気になる旨を伝えたところ、今回のチェックインの際には特に気を付けて頂いていることが感じられました。また、広さも充分でとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。また利用したいと思います。

I have stayed in a number of different locations around Sydney on business and leisure trips and this is consistently my favourite venue.
it is in a great location, great views of harbour and service is always first rate

土曜日ということで15階のバーが騒がしかったので利用するのを止めました。客室の冊子に明記していたカクテルを堪能したかった。ただ、目の前にコンビニがあり重宝でした。1階での朝食は品数があり満足しました。

子供と楽しくすごせるホテル

2回目の利用でしたが、昨年も同じ2月の宿泊でしたので、夕食に北海道デイナーバイキングをいただきました。蟹をたくさん食べて、その他にもたくさんのご馳走が並んでいて、つい食べ過ぎてしまうくらいだったのですが、今年もそのデイナーが楽しみでした。今年もとても美味しくいただきました。
本当は朝食も食べたいのですが、子供の大会があるため、朝早くチェックアウトしなくてはならないのが、残念です。
また来年も楽しみにしています。ありがとうございました。

Leider war ein Bett nicht sauber. Da ich 2 Betten im Zimmer hatte, habe ich das saubere Bett genommen.
Den Zustand des Zimmers habe ich einem Mitarbeiter gezeigt, er war sehr freundlich, jedoch ohne Lösungsvorschlag. Für eine Nacht aber akzeptabel.

Bed comfort

For us, the mattress was too soft. This is a personal preference and in no way reflects upon the quality of the hotel. Most would say it was fine.
The bed had 4 pillows - all very large. I would suggest that a combination of two thick pillows and two thin ones would allow guests more choice.

After receiving very off-hand service at several other hotels we enquired at, the friendly and helpful welcome at your reception desk was very good indeed. Special praise to Thomas.

Thanks for your comments about our staff and especially Thomas, it's always great to read that our team are friendly and helpful. Our beds are all fitted with a feather topper which does give a soft feel to the bed, we offer 2 soft pillows and 2 firm pillows on each bed so that guests can mix and match to their comfort level. I hope we have an opportunity to welcome you back in the future
