Choose the harbour-front Crowne Plaza Newcastle hotel for stunning harbour views and easy access to beaches, parks, Honeysuckle restaurants, and the Hunter Valley wine region. I booked the Crowne Newcastle quite sometime ago as I was visiting the area for a sporting event, the price was a great opportunity for the room and breakfast offer we received.
Loved the pool on what was one of the hottest weekends in history!

A pleasant surprise!

Where to start! I was greeted with a huge smile and a very attentive check in clerk. So much so that I signed up to the IHG rewards scheme as I travel a lot for business, and any group of hotels that can offer a service like this upon arrival would definitely be one I would stay when the purpose of my visit was more business orientated.
After checking in, I was shown to a huge, clean smelling and incredibly immaculate room. This was just what I needed after nearly 24 hours of traveling. The plate of warm cookies was a nice touch!
Breakfast was delightful and the staff very helpful

The Spa was a nice way to end my stay. Had a very relaxing 60min aroma therapy massage.
All in all...delightful. Will definitely be using Crowne Plaza's or IHG groups hotels again in the future

If you are looking for a secluded resort, with top notch views over Bora Bora and attention to the client, the Intercontinental Thalasso is a must. My wife and I took advantage of the Spa and enjoyed the excursions, which were recommended by the concierge.
This was a memorable vacation and exactly what we were looking for: an escape to a little paradise.

Overall the Holliday Inn lived up to expectations. Room service was delivered promptly and as per order. Room was clean and well appointed. bed and pillows were comfortable only issue is they don't use a top sheet on the bed so the doona is too hot.
