I would like to complain that the breakfast the morning was very bad , didnt have much variety. I also wanted to say that there was no wifi and my stay was very bad as i was their for business

Before you start your daily journey enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast at our Playfair Terrace Restaurant. Also Kids Stay & Eat Free, one of many reasons why Holiday Inn Old Sydney is the preferred family accommodation. Strategisch sehr guter Ausgangspunkt

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Sehr schnell ist man sowohl zur der Harbour Bridge als auch über den Circle Cay zur Oper gelaufen.
Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Sauberkeit gut. Einzig die Kombination von Dusche/WC in EINEM Raum im Poolbereich ist nicht gut gelöst. Wenn jemand geduscht hat, darf sich der Nachfolger auf ein nasses WC "freuen". Vielleicht ist das jedoch aufgrund der örtlichen Gegebenheiten auch nicht anders zu lösen!? In jedem Fall gut, dass es eine WC- und Duschmöglichkeit (kann auch nach dem Check out noch auf Nachfrage genutzt werden) gibt. Unabhängig davon war es allerdings eine Kalt- oder eine Heißdusche. Das Mischen für die gewünschte Temperatur habe ich nicht hinbekommen.
Wir waren als Familie da. Auf Empfehlung haben wir Zimmer in zwei verschiedenen Stockwerken bezogen. Personal hat nicht von sich aus die Zimmerschlüssel für beide Stockwerke freigeschaltet. Dies erst, nachdem wir das festgestellt und das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Nicht jeder Mitarbeiter schien sich mit dem zusätzlichen Freischalten der Zimmerschlüssel auszukennen. Hat deshalb sehr lange gedauert.
Eierspeise von der Kochstation zum Frühstück hat stets SEHR LANGE auf sich warten lassen. Einmal hat das Personal die Eierspeise ganz vergessen. Nach Hinweis wurde die Eierspeise recht zügig nachgeliefert. Doch zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren wir mit dem Frühstück schon fertig, saßen nur noch zusammen. Personal hat sich aber für das Vergessen entschuldigt.

Great location brilliant views from upgraded room but needs upfate

Once again an excellent visit for our anniversary however was spoiled somewhat by the state of the furniture in the room. Was badly scratched and cupboard door would not close not what I expect from Holiday Inn.

Amazing place!

Everything about this resort was amazing! The infinity pool with a waterfall, the Polynesian brunch buffet, onsite free laundry, amazing staff!

ANA Crowne Plaza Niigata is 10 minutes' walk from JR Niigata rail station, where Shinkansen bullet trains speed to Tokyo in 2 hours.
We're conveniently located near the business district and a short walk from the lively Pia Bandai market offering sumptuous local produce. Niigata Airport is 20 minutes' drive away.
All rooms feature comfortable beds, an ample desk and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom has a bathtub and free toiletries.

改装中とのことだが、改装前の客室はやはり古さを感じる。洗面所の鏡やドライヤーも改善の余地は大きい。スタッフの対応は概ね素晴らしいが、朝食時に紅茶を用意すると言っていただいたが、待てども一向に用意されなかったのは如何なものかと思う。大した事項ではありませんが・・・。
