This hotel was good in the 70's but appears to be suffering from a lack of maintenance and upgrades and has a smell of decay age.
It has the best position in Port Moresby.

It is disappointing to read your comments about our staff on the front desk. As you mention, we are not the newest property in town, but pride ourselves on offering superior service. I shall use this as an example of how we must do this consistently. We are delighted that you had a great experience in Rapala, we have just finished launching a new menu, and chef is now working on the Cafe buffet and A la Carte offering.

眠りを全力でサポートしてくれる

神戸ポートアイランドでのコンサートのため1泊宿泊しました。駅から直結で便利です。チェックインからエレベーターまでスタッフのかたの対応や素敵な挨拶がすごく気持ちよかったです。お部屋は禁煙ルームをお願いしました。スリッパも使い捨てなのに履き心地よかったです。なにより、眠りを大切にしているグッズが部屋に常備されている心遣いには感動しました。また、旅行の際には使用させていただきたいです。

还算凑合的酒店

神户这个酒店最大的优势是离新神户站非常近，交通十分便利！最大的问题是酒店的健身中心和游泳池是收费的，对住客不方便。另外，酒店的隔音效果不好，我们本次旅行住了5个晚上，其中有个晚上都11点了，被楼上的住户吵醒了，折腾了1个多小时，最后给酒店前台打电话才解决的。酒店前台的有些工作人员态度不是很好。

フロントの丁寧な対応はいつも素晴らしいです。
クラブ会員としても対応して頂き、バレンタインのチョコレートも頂きました。このエリアでのホテルはいくつか宿泊していますが、トップの部類に入る事は間違いありません。
