Great hotel with a few tiny issues

The hotel is a beautiful expression of the minimalist aesthetic. It flows very naturally from the entrance through to the public ares around the water garden and through to the beach. The catering and waiting staff are excellent as is the food quality and choice. The housekeeping staff need to be better trained and equipped- for example a family's room needs to be cleaned while they are at breakfast (especially if they have specifically asked for this) because on returning the kids need to be bathed and ready which is already a hectic process- without the housekeeping guy cleaning the room during the same time! Also, please provide them with specific training on how to clean bathtubs- ours had rings of dirt built up over all over.
Planet trekkers is an amazing program and I would visit an affiliated hotel again for the space and time it provided me and my husband to unwind and enjoy each other's company.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Great Chinese restaurant with interesting dishes. Staff was very accommodating my desired to play cricket for the first time. A fun and memorable experience.

Lobby design weak, rooms a bit tired/worn. Other than that everything was great. All the staff were extremely polite, attentive and tried to do their best to help. Very clean. Excellent food.

1. Location - on the main ECR road and easy to Locate.
2. Check-in - I requested for an early check-in and they did make sure its taken care, so thank you for that. smooth check-in.
3. Room: - I must say one of the Best I have seen so Far. It's Luxurious, Elegant and top in its class.
4. Amenities - They have a recreation area, Swimming pool area, and Spa with Sauna, Steam, and Jacuzzi which was complimentary. Wifi works amazing.
5. Beach area - They have a Private Beach, and the Guard makes sure it remains Private and other resort ppl should not come into our space. It's equipped with beach umbrellas and recliner chairs.
6. Food- I tried both "Tao of Peng" and " The Melting Pot", I Liked Melting pot better than Tao of Peng, be it Food variety, Taste or Value.
The ambiance of Tao of peng is definitely better as it's a Beachside restaurant but that is not the only reason we go to a restaurant.
7. Checkout- Checkout was smooth, but the only Disappointment I had was, they gave me an empty box of Cake ( they forgot to pack the cake in the box and handed me an empty box and I realized it after I reached my next destination) This is something not acceptable from a very Professional team of Hotel Management.

I had stayed for our anniversary celebration and it was worth staying here! The ambience, resort atmosphere, spa, food everything as per my expectation. Only drawback there is no activities for kids.
