Crowne Plaza Kochi is ideally located on the new business district of the city NH 47 Bypass and provides easy access to Info Park Kakkanad, Cochin Special Economic Zone, M.G. Road, Cochin Port, Shipyard, Naval Base, major sightseeing areas like Fort Kochi, Mattancherry and is 45 minutes away from Cochin International Airport.
The hotel features 269 spacious rooms, versatile meeting spaces, and diverse dining options. The well-appointed rooms offer scenic views of the backwaters or cityscape, complemented by 24-hour in-room dining and indulgent spa and salon services.
Guests can enjoy various dining options available throughout the day, including fine dining and specialty cuisine at on-site restaurants such as Aroma, Mosaic, SkyGrill, and Zoka.

Lack Hygiene and Untrustworthy Staff

The staff at this premium property cannot be trusted. They will promise you multiple things like ensuring your complaints are being taken care of and shouldn’t be repeated, we will credit you some membership points as a compensation etc. but nothing will happen. Apart from Mr. Shreesh (Duty Manager) no one seems to keep their words.
You will not be greeted with warm smiling welcome at the gate, the breakfast buffet team seems to have some specific criteria to choose customers to whom they will greet, offer tea/coffee, bring stuff requested on time (or on first request) etc.. sometime you may feel like they give you a degraded treatment.
Room service guys will take ages to answer your calls and then expect long delays in delivery of the order.
The most horrible part – the Hygiene factor.. expect trash from previous guest in the waste baskets (in my case it was medical waste – I have pictures as a proof), bed linen dirty and coffee spoons (available in room) not cleaned (if you have used it) and again very next day same things will happen after 45 mins wait and numerous promises from the hotel staff.
IHG employees being informed via email about this and hence cancellation of my next stay at this hotel gave no results (no one called or bothered to send an email revert since more than 10 days).
Not even a single senior employee of the Hotel would come forward to speak to you…. This is totally opposite to what you experience in Crowne Plaza, Bangalore for example.
If you wish to waste your money then please book this hotel else it is better to book other hotels in the same city.
