ocean view的房间非常赞。。坐在床上就可以看到釧路川以及远处的太平洋。非常好。
2016年也入住过一次。那次入住期间我自己在火车站弄丢手机，回酒店才发现。酒店前台工作人员很热心地帮我打电话发传真最后找回了手机。非常感谢他们。

Need a serious renovation on the property. Facade is plain and not attractive.

首先我要先表明，我很满意我们所住的房间及部分服务人员。
但是有一点十分不满意，我们下午在休息的时候，房间门口已挂请勿打搅的牌子及请勿打搅灯已亮起，服务员仍然敲门后刷卡进入！！！！！好在已经挂上放到栓服务员无法进入。
因妻子不愿意我与酒店发生冲突，所以我也未投诉，只是将此事告知了前台工作人员，最后的解决方式为前台服务员道歉并延迟退房。
酒店发生这样的失误，解决方法又如此简单没有诚意，真的很失望！！！！
