酒店的位置非常好，无线网络是免费的速度不错。距离牛车水和克拉克码头都很近，步行就可以到达。唯一不足的就是价格偏高，房间比较小。

Less courtesy in second visit

My first visit to this hotel was good. I stayed here for almost a month. Hence perffer to stay next time.

However in my second visit my experience during checkout, my experience was not good. The staff could have been more courteous with the guest during checkout. I did not like the way staff member talked and completed the checkout formalities.

A comfortable Stay

Comfortable hotel with nice breakfast. Nice hotel to stay, with modern interior. Will visit again.

Location a bit secluded, but it's nearby to places such as landmark 72 that has nice observation deck.

Services can be improved, suspect due to language proficiency hence can be a bit slow at times in understanding requirements.

Excellent stopover - lovely hotel and service

We stopped for 2 nights on our way back from New Zealand to UK. The hotel is excellently located for visiting Singapore as a tourist - most things within easy reach. The facilities are excellent and staff could not have been more helpful. Really enjoyed the roof top pool.
