Cell phone network was too week in rooms as well as in main lobby area and I came down outside in winter to attend my important calls in extreme winter. I asked one of the hotel attendant regarding this problem and his reply was "Change your service provider".
I was shocked with the level of disgusting customer service.
But room service was fast and one touch service was good too.

Wir waren das erste mal im Winter im Sommerurlaub.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da das Klima zu dieser Zeit optimal ist.
Einzig der Sandsturm war nicht so toll, kann man sich aber nicht wünschen.
Alles wurde jedoch von den Mitarbeitern und Serviceleuten bestens gemeistert.
Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da das Klima zu dieser Zeit optimal ist.

Extremely good Service. Rooms are very good as expected. The dinner and Breakfast were super. The staff are very caring and take care of your smallest needs.
May be the only area that needs a minor improvement is the room service. The service can be a little bit quicker .

Comfortable and Convenient Hotel

A nice place, located centrally and well known landmark. Easy to reach, excellent staff who go all out to make your stay comfortable.
The airport pick up was efficient and the rooms are big and comfortable. The lighting in room is adequate, bathroom lighting can improve. The beds and pillows are comfortable, but the towels are due for a change. The free internet is very slow.

Only 15 minutes by shuttle from Bahrain International Airport (BAH), we’re an ideal base for professionals or families who are visiting Bahrain’s capital.
