I will definitely stay at Intercontinental Al Ahsa when I return to this location. My room was upgraded free of charge, and the friendly staff actually showed the room to me first in order to ensure that it was acceptable.

Customer service need attention.
Advising guests last minute that they cannot use the pool and top viewing area because of last minute private booking. The reason i booked was to spend my time after conferences on the top deck.

Great hotel Great location

Hotel is at a great location, nice quiet, easy access to ferry, close to shops; nice and warm service staff, definitely recommend ! Only dissappointment is that now IHG program does not allow lounge access for point redemption, even as a spire elite embassador, when you really need it for a family vacation. This makes the reward program even worse than before!

Valentines Night stay

Arrived to be greeted by smiling happy helpful young ladies. Checking in was efficient only disappointment was that room was not ready and we arrived at the booking time. Staff apologetic and helpful. Waited 50 minutes more to get access to room.
Room clean comfortable with great view of the MacDonnell Ranges NT.
Restaurant staff for dinner were very attentive and had great interaction which we enjoy. Food was fine dining and well presented. Atmosphere conducive to the occasion.
Breakfast was enjoyable although there were a number of flies in the eating area which is not pleasant.
Staff again were helpful with checkout.
