Good room, common areas rather sterile

The first impression after getting past security (necessary in PNG) is of staff trying to be very pleasant and helpful but would appear to be better with more training. The bedroom was of good standard. The room service was slow and some of the order was missing. The pool area was pleasant and relaxing. The business lounge door lock did not work 100% of the time which should be addressed. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional;staff were pleasant. The internet was surprisingly good and reliable. The lifts worked well. Overall It was an acceptable stay but not the same standard as some of the American and Australian Crowne Plazas..

A place that makes you feel at home

I would like to make a comment regarding the staff at the Crowne Plaza Bahrain. I recently stayed there for a weekend in January and only realized that I had lost my passport when checking out. From that moment Ms. Jocelyn n Ms. Winnie helped in organizing the staff to help me locate my passport. Mr. Javed ultimately found it and provided me with a great sense of relief. I would like to thank the staff for their quick response n thoughtfulness.

Nice Hote.....But...

The Hotel was very nice and personal were very accommodating. However, the only issue I would have is that they do not have a fitness center for a simple end of the day work out.

Hotel nuovissimo,pulito,posizione centralissima,a due passi dal mare e dalla fermata del Dubai tram.
Ottimi i ristoranti,camere belle,nuove e spaziose. Zona piscina fantastica,con vista mozzafiato sulla Marina. Pulizia eccellente,uno dei migliori hotel dove ho soggiornato in vita mia,davvero bello.
