My experience in this hotel..

I did not like my stay in this hotel furthermore, I reduced it from 6 nights to 3 nights and the only reason I was stayed there just because I had a job nearby that place, the other 3 nights I moved to another hotel out of IHG and reason was:

I took long time at the check in even I came from long distance and I was tired even after I told the front desk person.

Usually when I reserve any sweet in Intercontental, I do get access to the to the Lunge but the hotel refused when I said this strange compared to other hotels, they said this our roles.

I did not like there answer but I said OK, then I told them I do have 2 reservations with one night overlap and I would like to resolve it by reducing one night from the end of the 1st reservation they said the have to call the manger and to take his approval first while my reservation was refundable and this step took about 15 minutes.

After few hours I was not happy, I went down to front desk to ask them to cancel the last 2 nights of the 2nd reservation they repeated same thing to call the manger, And while I am there waiting for a reply from the manger they called another person while I am still standing even without saying excuse-me. I wend away for few minutes and when the the front desk was free, I came back to to know what is the answer, the employee with unprofessionally reply that it was done.

This is the first time I hated an Intercontinental hotel and next March I am going to Germany for 20 days but I will not stay in IHG hotels.

As Ambassador member, I should get a newspaper daily but never had it in this hotel.

This is exactly my experience in this hotel..

Further to your comments about the Club Lounge, I am afraid, access to the lounge is not part of the Ambassador benefits and thus chargeable. A daily newspaper on the other hand is indeed and I was disappointed to learn that you have not received it. Rest assured that we have taken the necessary steps to avoid repeating similar experience in the future. I hope you consider this as an isolated incident and give us a chance to be of service again in the future.

Bangkok Good value

I have been staying at this property for years, and as a Spire Elite member the benefits have been good. The staff are always excellent in the Executive Lounge. Recently the GM changed and he has decided to change the benefits offered to Elite Members, which is kind of sad, as this changes things a little for me as a regular guest.. I hope he gets to read this review, and rethinks the decision to not upgrade Elite members. As a Spire Elite, there are no distinct differences in benefits to the Platinum Member status, so perhaps this could be the point of difference with your upgrade policy?
Thanks to the friendly staff in the Executive Lounge for always being professional and friendly.

Pattaya洲际酒店设施非常漂亮，独栋楼墅点缀在花园绿化与泳池间，待在酒店就不想出门了。如果想出门，酒店去市区的免费接驳车也非常方便，很多当地酒店并不提供该服务。

relaxed stay

Beautiful and big rooms. Great work table and comfortable couch to spend evenings overlooking the city.

In room bar was not sufficiently stocked. Would have preferred more options in the fridge.

Great service, specially from Infinity staff. They are Great!

Communicating with kitchen staff on phone was a challenge due to thick accent and was better face to face.

Comfortable stay in a nice hotel

Excellent hotel, comfortable, clean with professional staff. Lovely room with great bathroom and comfortable bed. Secure but not intrusive. Food and drink can be expensive by Indian standards but good quality and clean restaurants.
