A wonderful Holiday experience

Everything about this hotel is top notch.We booked to be away from the main town and this is a beautiful kocation, which I do not believe can be beaten.Old world charm of pagodas and palm gardens..NO MOSQUITOES, honest.
The shuttle bus is great and never a problem re the booking.It collects on time and drops off at a safe central shopping location.
I cannot speak more highly of the resort manager and his staff.
We read previous reviews.If you want central location then book that but it will be noisy in town.There are steps but pools are centarlly located and unless you have walking difficulty then there is no problem.
I think the negative reviews are by people who do no research and those problems are very minor.
We had a problem with the air con which was resolved immediately.
I was very impressed by this hotel and my wife cannot sell its praises higher than she does so

My son was ill at the time of my stay. The receptionist staff was very helpful in directing me to the clinics nearby which was a real relief to the worries I had back then. We did go to the doctors and soothed the situation very quickly- thanks to the great help from the hotel
