Amazing Staff

Check-in was smooth and quick by the professional and friendly staff. We were offered a welcome drink as a IHG member and late check-out. On check-out, we were served by the same staff who remembered us. Consider the number of guests that he met each day and it's amazing that he can remember us. Unlike some receiption staff in other hotels, he showed his concern if we knew our way around Yokohama. We can feel the sincerity and being treated as a member rather than a number. Well done and thank you, Mr. Yusuke Matsushima!
