Holiday Inn ANA Kanazawa Sky is strategically located in the heart of Kanazawa, the city that is rich in Japanese tradition such as “Yuzen”, a type of silk, and ”Kinpaku”, the gold craft works. The hotel is a few steps away from a lively wet market called Ohmicho that has been popular for both local and tourists since 16th century. You will be emotionally trilled at finding local delicacy in season. Hokuriku has such rich seafood products throughout the year. Do not forget to try our local seafood and crabs at the all-day dining Kenroku or at the Chinese restaurant Hoh-Oh and ask our experienced chef’s recommendation. Kanazawa Castle Park, originally built and managed by Maeda family and Kenroku Garden are the treasures for Kanazawa people. One of the best tree Japanese gardens, Kenrokuen, shows unique faces in four seasons. Unwind after a busy day at the hotel lobby lounge with your favorite cocktail and be fascinated with the best 360-degree view of Kanazawa. 近江町市場に近く、徒歩圏内に金沢駅や主な繁華街があるので、観光には適した立地で、ハード面での古さを感じるものの、コストパーフォーマンスはよいと思います。
しかし、スタッフにはプロ意識に欠ける部分が多く見受けられ、レセプションやレストランでの私語がとても気になりました。
特に、レストランでは音が反響しやすいため、裏方でのスタッフ同士の会話や、一人のスタッフが歩き回る音(引きずって歩く靴音）がとても耳障りでした。また、ブレックファストの終わりの時間が近かったためか、食材の補充がされず、残り物の様相を呈したお皿が数多くあったことも気になりました。
一度スタッフの方が、お客の立場になってサービスを受けてみられることをお勧めします。

Comfortable and Luxurious hotel in a central location

Crowne Plaza has a lot going for it - excellent staff, service, restaurants and location. Rooms are clean and comfortable although some amenities need to be upgraded - as examples: a) TV should be wall mounted and with setup box and player should be nicely concealed, b) all the electrical sockets should be upgraded to accommodate international plugs, c) basic internet speeds are awful and just one step above using an old-fashion modem).

It was a beautiful hotel with nice and clean room. I had a suite with my children and the view was amazing. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who likes to visit Beirut.

房间宽阔舒适，海景美丽

房间在楼层里端，进门有一个拐角是专门的衣帽前，阳光非常好。房间很大，阳台上看海景很舒适。床铺非常舒服干净，酒水柜有一点旧了，有掉漆现象。卫生间很大，浴巾准备的很充裕，但是推拉门难以隔绝所有的灯光，如果有人先入属，使用卫生间会带来干扰。距离海滩要过一条车水马龙的马路有一点遗憾，酒店专属的沙滩椅也略少了一点。游泳池的水不是恒温的，水非常凉。晚上的海鲜自助餐食物很不错，和餐厅工作人员的英语沟通略有困难。早餐的送餐出品非常棒。总的来说入住体验很满意。
