新しい設備に空港、市内アクセスの利便性

新しい建物なので客室レストランとも非常にきれいで快適に過ごすことができました。もう少し安ければ近隣のエコノミーホテルに勝てると思います。

空港へは無料送迎サービス。市内へはairport expressで15分程度。利便性は非常に良かったです

Good service

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Ambiance was nice and room was neatly done. Hotel staffs were also friendly and cooperative. It will be good if couple of advise is considered - I needed a painkiller immediately but the first aid center did not have any medicine that day. During breakfast hour I requested for some food to be delivered on my table but it never came.

Good stay experience

This was my third stay at Crowne Plaza, Kochi. I was met with the same zeal and attention that I was when I first visited the hotel. It was a good feeling, which I hope to repeat when I visit Kochi next.

Great new business hotel

I arrived in the hotel with quite high expectations as I was told to switch from Trident hotel by my colleagues which has been our normal abode during stays at Kochi. I was pleasantly surprised by the zeal and enthusiasm of the staff . The spread of the buffet was of a very ivy standard and the staff at Mosaic were very forthcoming to help the guests ..overall a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location!

Holiday Inn Old Sydney was a great location for us, close to the Harbour Bridge, the Opera House, Circular Quay, and we could even walk to Mr. Wong! The room and hotel are not fancy, but comfortable and clean and just what we were looking for. The cost per night is somewhat high but I suppose it's because of the great location. Would stay there again, and I do recommend the HI Old Sydney if you are coming in by cruise ship - walking distance to hotel (unless you have heavy luggage!).

Convenient and Comfortable

This hotel is convenient to the Rocks and the Circular Quay area. The rooms are a bit dated and the windows could do with a good clean. The staff however are fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to assist.
