Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida is a modern, contemporary hotel. Enjoyable stay

I enjoy staying at this hotel and have stayed there for about twelve times over the years. I did eat and drink at the atrium bar the staff are very good and give it a relaxing atmosphere
Which when travelling alone makes it a pleasant place to rest. I can only think of one small thing I would like and that is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom to make shaving etc easier

装修陈旧，卫生条件差

地理位置里克拉码头较近，但实地比较后，不如选择holiday inn express，更近且更新，酒店外立面为黑色，但楼顶没有醒目绿色Holiday inn标识，夜晚极难发现；装修陈旧，卫生条件很差，服务员也不热情！

Good hotel but disappointed service

As the Spire Elite member, i stayed in Holiday Inn DEL last Friday. Pretty standard and comfort room. However, when i checked in, this hotel charges me additional 1000 local currency just because my husband and i (2 adults) stay in a King room.

this is my first time to get additional charge by taking my significant partner with me. (never face same case in other counties, especially US. Not sure if this is unique India thing).

Anyway, i still paid. Also, the hotel does not recognize my membership status nor give me any point. Even i email back for complain, hotel feedbacked this is due to i book via travel agent. What a big mistake, i made my reservation via App.

To sum up, i will not stay in this hotel again for the bad service

At the outset, we would like to apologize for the discomfort you faced during your stay, however we would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we have discussed the same with our team and after investigating the issues we found out that the room booking was done through Cummins on a single occupancy only, due to which, upon check-in there was an additional charge for the second occupant. During Check-out, as requested by you, the billing was done in your husband's name, who isn't a member for IHG® Rewards Club, owing to loyalty points not being allotted to your membership. However we have taken it up with our team internally and a mail has already been sent to allot the Loyalty Points to your membership. We do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, so that we can provide a better experience.
