Очень комфортный отель для семейного отдыха, красивая и просторная территория, пляж чистый, всегда найдете место где укрытся от палящего солнышка, в столовой отеля вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, персонал отеля очень отзывчивый и внимательный, в номерах отеля имеется все необходимое (фен, утюг, гладильная доска, зонт и даже фонарик). В шаговой доступности от отеля рынок, магазин и кафешки. Особенно вкусно можно покушать в кафе где рыбки в аквариумах и там же поменять денежку по хорошему курсу. Хотелось бы вернуться туда еще раз,

Everyone was so sweet and very friendly and helpful. I miss Thailand! Food was great. The property was beautiful and everyone so attentive to our needs! The bartenders even created new drinks for us:)

泡海滩晒太阳好地方

紧靠麦考海滩，周边基本没有商业，环境非常优美，很安静，服务不错，基本早中晚饭都需要在酒店内，酒店设施比较新，如果只是泡海滩休闲，还有带孩子的，酒店有比较多儿童游乐设施，比较值得推荐。

The Intercontinental Hotel provided us with a beautiful room overlooking a view of the RCC. The staff were exceptional, in particular Manish, who was very friendly and made our stay extra enjoyable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Thank you for recognizing our friendly & helpful team and our fantastic location, across our garden you are at the beach, around the corner you have the night market with all the hawker stall’s, vendor’s and if you turn around the other corner of the hotel there is some great small restaurants along the road and on the beach too. Bus stops are just outside of the hotel to give you easy access if you want to explore Georgetown or the in the direction to the National Park.
Please let us know when you are making your way back to Penang.

Excellent bedroom

Overall we had an excellent service. Only issue we had was lack of sunbeds and in particular beds left with towels on for long periods of time..... shame this spoilt our experience. Everything else was great.

Appreciate you are taking the time to write a review for our Holiday Inn Resort Penang and glad you liked the Room and our service delivery from the team.
We apologies for the shortage of sunbeds we had. I have addressed the situation with our sunbeds and have rented additional for this February. It is unprecedented in my two years at the hotel that we have a lack of sunbeds in our garden and even December/January where we have been full house, there was never a challenge. Different guest market and we have reacted to that accordingly.
We look forward to have you with us soon again.
