Excellent stay

Good value for money and wonderful location right at the train station doorstep. I always target staying in one of their chain hotels as my check in very fast just 10 seconds or so. Staff is friendly and breakfast is a plus feature.

We have stayed twice now at the Holiday Inn Potts Point and will stay again.. Rooms clean and well sized not pokey. Easy location especially with taxi rank at the front. Restaurant in the foyer was another bonus. They served guality meals especially their crispy chips and the coffee was excellent Their staff paid great attentions to service. Well done Holiday Inn

High quality hotel with a few glitches

Great hotel in a good location.
Luxurious room with a very comfortable bed and high end linen and towels although very little storage for 2 people for a week (no drawers or cupboards in bathroom and 1 drawer in bedroom)
No dressing table for ladies to sit at with plug near mirror
Towels changed twice a day
Great shower.
Club facilities excellent
Beach club a huge disappointment but they are working on the improve,nets now
Binh stood out as a warm and welcoming staff member who made us feel very welcome indeed
Very honest staff.
We left an envelope with cash addressed to maid on the bed and she didn't take the money. I translated from the internet into Vietnamese and then she did. Strangely she seemed to think we were leaving because we tipped and from then on didn't bother to do turn down service?

Exceptional Hotel

Had the pleasure of staying at this grand hotel for 10 nights. Staff were fantastic and provided excellent service to my wife and I. Stayed in a Junior King Room with club lounge access. Room was fantastic with all modern fixtures and toiletries. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a luxury staff in a beautiful part of Vietnam.
