The hotel and staff wete very professional in all aspects. The room was beautiful. All staff were very helpful. Hotel was clean and fresh looking. Loved my stay and recommend it as a great hotel to stay at.

The best hotel experience ever in my life

The Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach-Sydney was my best choice for staying in Sydney. The memories of Coogee beach will be last for a long time. The seaside view was excellent, and I experienced the exciting sun rising scenery for the first time in the southern country. Most of all, thanks to the reception manager for upgrading my room to beautiful suite room.

Super location, poor bathroom

I have stayed in this hotel more than 10 times since it was built, often in a corner suite. The views are great and the room/bed very comfortable. However, the bathroom I had on this last occasion had not been updated since the hotel was built. The bathtub was plastic, scratched and worn and looked permanently dirty. It was also the shower with a rather lacklustre curtain. For the price it was very poor. BUT enjoy the view! The rest of the hotel is great. I've never eaten there since there are so many other options available in Coogee.

Apparently this is normal in Australia?
Frontdesk certainly did not understand that one expect a free Airport Shuttle when staying in an "Chain City Airport" Hotel.

Highly recommend

I got married at this resort in 2011 and have been going back since. Great location and great hotel service. They always strive to provide 100% service and very welcoming. The rooms are big and cosy. The hotel is spread out so it can be a little inconvenient to move around on a hot day with a little one however they do provide a shuttle service back to the rooms. The value was great at the time we stayed however it was the low season. Our overall experience was great as always and thank you to the staff.

AMAZING STAY AT THE INTERCONTINENTAL FIJI

Our 7 night stay was absolutely lovely. Check-in was easy and quick, the room was the same room we stayed in back in 2014 which was great, breakfast at Navo was exceptional, lunch, dinners and cocktails were wonderful. The staff are all beautiful people who made our stay so enjoyable. We will be back in the future.

Paradise with amazing staff

My stay was to short and I wish I had more time there. My only bad experience was with some of the towels and outdoor furniture smelling badly. My room had a smelly couch on the balcony. The smell gets on your clothes and now I've thrown away some of my luggage as a result. It's a small thing that became bigger. Choose wisely where you sit outside.
