Service and comfort of the beds- pillows

Nothing special so long you keep good sleep facilities as there are good matras and great pillows then I guess it is an ideal hotel for business. The rest after long flights and meetings is very important

Worst ever hotel to stay

They do not allow pool yo guest rather use it for private party . No hospitality, one senior manager me Ganesh least bother about quality of services , wash basin chocked no shaving kit , comb , no dental kit as well , as it is provided by even small hotels . Disgusting no fresh food .

A very poor experience

Overall, a very poor experience..
A multitude of minor irritants add up to a very unsatisfactory stay.
Heavy on the platitudes, but no action.
Breakfast selection is terrible and even after 2 weeks of complaining the toasting machine is still not working
Saving grace was the excellent food produced by the chef, particularly dishes that were not on the menu.
Won't be returning any time soon.

入住这个酒店主要因为是IHG旗下的酒店，可能是习惯问题，一直都喜欢IHG。酒店的位置离古城有一定的距离坐tutu和双条车差不多每次是70-100泰铢的样子，交通还算方便。目前酒店有到夜市和宁曼路的车，但是要提前预约。酒店的入住率很高有好多外国的旅行团都住这里，另外在这里遇到泰国政府的公务会议在这里举行，看来这个酒店在当地不错。客房服务的速度有点慢，有天中午回去客房还没有打扫这个要改进。早餐的品种一般没有什么特别的。会讲中文的服务员也不多。但是价格还可以。如果第一次去清迈喜欢去热闹的地方的朋友可以去看下古城或长康路附近的酒店，但是价格就有点小贵。这个只是个人的感受，但这个酒店是一个不错的酒店。
