As with all property it's location, location, location. As my stay is usually just short of a month being central to the restaurants in the area allows variety of choice.
Important to me is that the car is available at the time requested meaning I was never late to my intended destination.

Explore Thailand's tallest rooftop destination at the new Bangkok Landmark King Power Mahanakhon which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel or enjoy shopping at the new riverside landmark Icon Siam, located few BTS stations away. You can end the day by the riverfront and catch a glimpse of the scenic Chao Phraya River at Asiatique. Whilst I couldn't fault the ability and attitude of the staff, the quality of the room was underwhelming, small, tired decor and a very noisy air conditioning unit contributed to a below average experience.
When compared to the other hotels that we stayed in during our trip, this finished a distant last, it's only redemption was the staff who were polite, friendly and helpful.

周りの音が気になったことはありません。
スタッフの方も顔を覚えてくださっている方が多く、疲れた状態で伺うことも多いのですが、気持ちが穏やかになります。

バラエティ豊かな朝食

隣接する岡山コンベンションセンターでのイベントのために連泊。プレミアムフロアでの滞在であったため、ハッピーアワーのバーラウンジサービスを利用できた。また、朝食ビュッフェのバラエティ豊かさはうれしく、微妙に毎日メニューが違ったので3泊でも飽きなかった。

スタッフの方々の笑顔で丁寧なサービスのお陰で、快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、禁煙ルームが満室で喫煙ルームに宿泊したのですが、消臭度合がかなり低く、その点だけが残念です。禁煙者の方はご注意を。でも、プレミアムフロアだと、15-19時の間、スカイバーラウンジでのドリンクフリーサービスがあるので、それを活用されるとよいと思います。ほかにも、アロマバスやコーヒーメーカー（カプセル抽出式）がフリーなので、これらのサービスを堪能されることをおススメします。同様のサービスがほかのクラウンプラザであるならば、ぜひ利用したいと思いました。
