Fabulous honeymoon

Highly recommend the garden bungalow suite, private and secluded yet near beach, pool, and dining. When we were out on private terrace or in our private infinity pool we felt like we were in our own world. Staff extemely helpful and accommodating. Food was fantastic!

Great views, comfortable hotel, excellent staff

i took my wife to Sydney for a surprise 70th birthday treat and chose the Intercon as it was near ARIA our dinner destination and also because it has a good reputation. We enjoyed our stay with the staff being exceptionally helpful. The room seemed a little 'tired' but was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The included buffet breakfast was vast. The only real downside to our stay was the arrival. I wanted to use the valet service but instructions provided beforehand about how to find the entrance were vague and the entrance itself obscure and off-putting - signage suggests it is for taxis only. Thus we ended up in the underground carpark despite twice calling the hotel for instructions while circling the building. So a bit hot and bothered on arrival via the 'tradesman's entrance' - not quite what i had in mind for my surprise treat!!

Room Cleaning staff

The staff that cleans the rooms generally does a very good job but seems to believe that personal items can be moved at their will. I understand items need to be moved for cleaning but they should be returned to their previous location or close to it. I do not like having to search for items on my return to the room or finding that items have been rearranged, especially in the bathroom.

いつもながら快適をいただいております

最近広島への出張はＡＮＡへと決めてます。たまに予約とれない時は他に宿泊しますが、部屋でも仕事をする私にとってこのホテルを利用するメリットはかなりあると思います。快適の一言緒ですね。ただ、駐車場が地下２階になるとエレベーターがないため（階段）荷物持ちの時はすこし大変です。
来週は、京都のＡＮＡです。

ラウンジは，夜のカクテルタイムと朝食だけ利用しましたが，質は良いです。
スタッフも，適度の距離を置き，その一方で気配せも出来ています。
今回は，ジムは忙しくて利用していませんが，まだ古い機械のままでしょうか？
