Wonderful vacation in paradise

Overwater bungalow was lovely

Beautiful views from the overwater bungalow (86) A/C could not keep up when the trade winds were blowing hard. Breakfast buffet had many varieties to choose from.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons prit des. Cocktails, très chers, et un ti punch, normalement à moitié prix des cocktails, vu quque il estest tresdes petit, et la...il était au même.prix !! 1900 francs !!!! Un ti punch, c est inadmissible !!!

Excellent hotel with a great value

As an intercontinental hotel ,this one is considered to me one of the best as of location, luxury and value.
I visited Jakarta twice and I stayed here in both visits,and I will next time.

Comfortable hotel in Chaing Mai

My stay was not given an excellent due to the business of the Hotel . I had to wait 1.5 hours before my room was available ,from 14.00-1630 this is not acceptable. I also had to keep returning to the reception desk to remind them I was still waiting for my room . Again due to the Hotel being full access from the 18th floor to the ground was delayed as lifts were slow or full on arriving ,I waited 10 minutes one morning to attend breakfast . On arriving breakfast it was very busy and a somewhat unpleasant experience .I them stopped coming to breakfast until the sheer volume of clients had decreased .My experience and stay improved when the volume of residents decreased.
