Perfekt, bis auf Frühstück

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage: nicht weit von der East Coast, vom Flughafen und vom Zentrum. Bushaltestellen gleich nebenan.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und hell, spiegeln lokale Gegebenheiten wider.
Das Personal ist überall zuvorkommend und nett.
Leider gibt es starke Schwankungen beim Frühstück: einmal klappte alles einwandfrei, ein anderes Mal ging alles schief. Die Bestellung aus der Küche wurde an einen anderen (falschen) Tisch geliefert und sollte nochmals bestellt werden, was mit langen Wartezeiten verbunden war, letztendlich war die Bestellung doch falsch geliefert und musste noch teilweise nachgeliefert werden (schnell-schnell und entsprechend schlecht gemacht), auf den bestellten Kaffee musste man auch extrem lange warten, als er dann kam, war er kaum noch lauwarm. An dem Tag ist der ganze Bedienungsablauf den Mitarbeitern wohl aus dem Ruder gelaufen.
Abgesehen von diesem kleinen Vorfall kann ich das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

スタッフの対応も非常によく，また，景色や
ホテル内の施設も非常によく，快適にすごすことが

滞在中，ホテルでトラブルがおきましたが，
ホテルのスタッフに迅速にご対応いただき，
最小限の被害で済むことができました．
気になったことは２点です．
（１）チェックイン時の待ち時間が混雑のためか
長かったこと
（２）レンタカーを手配していただきましたが，
選定していただいた，レンタカーが
よくなかったこと（当方の依頼が遅く，
その業者にせざるをえなかった面はあります．）

ものでした．

Disappointed on Online Reservation Confirmation

The online reservation is confirming, the last email of reservation confirmation cannot reflect what I have booked exactly.
When I want to modify the request, I cannot find out to how to change from 1 bed to 2 beds, i.e. tried many times.
When I order 2 rooms for 4 persons, it indicates 1 room for 4 persons, it is very confusing, it has happened when I book another 4 rooms in Intercontinental Hotel San-Francisco too. The hotel asked me to pay super high room because the online mistake caused by the IHG website.
I called to Holiday Inn Katong to try to avoid mistakes, the manner of front desk was very poor. He transferred me to Manager, I reminded him I would need 2 beds room for 2 rooms, he said yes. But when we checked in, only 1-bed rooms available. I am very very unhappy for the services/
