Nice accommodation with affordable price

It only takes 15-20 min from the airport by Taxi/uber. The room was clean and comfortable. The breaskfast is also great with many options. Considering the pricing, I would say it is highly recommended for anyone who want to find a affordable accommodation in Singapore.

酒店出入方便，位置优越，离机场约15分钟车程，附近有超市及多个吃的地方，非常适合自由行。缺点是房间比较小，去附近地铁站需先搭乘巴士，由于新开张不久酒店搭的士司机可能不知道，可以说112酒店相邻

大堂在7楼，凌晨三点入住时，店员积极办理入住，并置换零钱。新酒店，房间19平米，装修中档，安静，枕头不错，睡眠质量高。早餐欠缺，不丰富。

More than just value for money!

Holiday Inn Express Katong is a great new hotel, at a perfect price point for those who are travelling for work and literally just need somewhere to sleep at night. With the simple breakfast included in the price, basic gym, self-laundering facilities, wi-fi and business centre, the hotel has everything you need. Surrounded by nearby Joo Chiat restaurants and Marina Parade Shopping centre, and mid-way between the airport and CBD, it's a great option for a short or long stay.

整洁卫生，环境不错

新加坡入住的第三个酒店，由于是刚刚开业的酒店，卫生与服务方面比较不错，不过选用的洁具质量一般，第一间房由于噪音较大，申请更换房间很快得到满足，而且是海景房，早餐很好，早餐可以室外吃，环境不错，就是可能由于寒假原因，接待太多的学生游学团，比较嘈杂，是新加坡住宿性价比很好的一个选择

Comfortable hotel

Nice hotel close to the beach and good food. Breakfast selection is good. Only thing that would make it better is the consistency of coffee quality which is different depending on which machine is used.

Good Place for Staycation

Receptionists and House Keepers were very efficient in meeting the needs and requests of the customers.
Food (although with limited choices) were served in good quality. Food was being replenished quite often.
Bed was comfortable. Basic but good necessities provided by the hotel.

Areas to improve
Service Staff from the morning breakfast should refrain cleaning (mopping or sweeping) in front of the guests especially in near proximity (eg: right beside me) for regular cleaning.
The morning breakfast staff were too prompt in wanting to clear the plates that they checked on whether i have finished my food many times when i was eating the congee. That will give the customers unnecessary stress and feel obliged to quickly gobble up the food. We are here to relax not to feel your stress in wanting to keep the place clean and with free of seats in the dining room.
