L'accueil et le service au Lobby Bar Terrace est d'excellente qualité.
En revanche, le niveau sonore du Tiki bar (orchestre) rend difficile toute velléité de conversation entre amis...c'est dommage! Par ailleurs, l'amabilité du personnel n'est pas toujours au rendez-vous.

Gerat views but a dated property with very casual staff

We stayed here on our honeymoon recently in Sydney and having been in a number of Intercontinental hotels I found it to be very dated. The public areas were fine but the bathrooms were very old and the quality of service didn't match the brand, in my opinion. Dis-interested staff served at breakfast it took me 15 minutes to get a coffee. The lady next to me said that she had been left waiting also, because there was a big group in the hotel. Not very satisfactory. We then left and went to another hotel which was more attentive and service focused.

Location is great, local markets, places to see are near by, rooms are great, only remark i have is that when you sleep at night you can hear almost everything what is going on outside even where i stayed on the 15th floor, windows should be double glazed as it feels like you got window open but is not, so it was a bit too noisey at night but over all experience was excellent!
