Little to no maid service (other than towels). Front desk staff doesn't care. (I don't think they like working there.) Couldn't split the bill until AFTER we checked out.....very inconvenient. But they did it in the end. Good convention spaces. Loved the shuttle service to and from the airport

Many items need updating and repair

Shower was very slippery and the shower curtain rod was about to fall apart.
Many patches in the ceiling of the room. Room wasn't very clean, nor was the rest of the hotel. Food was ok.
I felt it wasn't worth what we paid for the room. However, I didn't want to hassle the staff - they treated us just fine.

Friend of this room for the location and the amenities was never contacted until after we paid that the pool and the hot tub was down was very upset for this price I could have stayed somewhere else and gotten the amenities and the luxury that I was requesting

Very disappointed to be charged 3 times my colleagues as I booked very late.Gouging at its best!!!.
To top things off the woman at reception was very put out to have to serve someone.
The look she gave me when I tried to check out was can’t you see I am on the phone.
Just overall terrible and never again.
Back to the friendly helpful appreciative Quest for me.

Old, dirty and unauthorized charges

The room was filthy, the power outlets did not work except for one, the air didn’t work and when it did decide to, the vent was pointed towards the wall with no way to adjust it. Then when we checked out and got the final bill, they charged us for the water in the room. We didn’t touch that nasty water. Matter of fact our trash cans were overflowing with the water that we walked down the street to buy ourselves. Which we bought too much and left the extras in the room!! Hotel is full of fraudster employees evidently! Oh and the breakfast is gross unless you only get fruit. The eggs are powdered and the bread items were hard!

Louisiana Hotel Close to Shreveport Municipal Airport
Louisiana's third largest city, Shreveport, sits near the borders of Texas and Arkansas. With the Shreveport Municipal Airport (SHV) located a mile from our door, you will find that getting to and from our Shreveport hotel is easy. Many of Shreveport's major businesses and tourist attractions are just a few miles away.
Within six miles of our Shreveport accommodations are General Motors and the Frymaster Corporation. Locally owned and operated out of Shreveport, Frymaster has become a nationwide supplier of deep fryers. Cellxion's corporate headquarters are just 15 minutes away. Rude employee.

I stayed in the location on Mar 17th. One of the housekeeper's employees was blocking the elevator door with her cart and when I asked her if she didn't mind moving the cart for me to get out of the elevator she called rude. I reported the situation to the front desk employee which she didn't say sorry or anything. I asked for the GM's contact information, the front desk employees didn't provide it. FYI, this happend on the morning of Mar 18th.

A stylish hotel in a Grade II listed building with an art deco restaurant and free WiFi
Crowne Plaza® Liverpool John Lennon Airport hotel is within easy reach of Liverpool and Manchester via the M57 and M62 motorways, which are only an 11-minute drive away. Drop your car off in the large car park and take a direct train into the city centre from Liverpool South Parkway station, eight minutes away by bus. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is just five minutes away by car.
A Crowne Plaza® Meetings Concierge is your point of contact for organising events. The spacious Aerial Suite and Blenheim De-Havilland Room host social dinners and corporate functions, and you can also hold conferences in the 12 modern meeting rooms with smart TVs.
