This is my 3rd times, staying here. Located in the good location, staff are friendly and helpful. Size of room is perfect for stay. No smell of any odor. I really love this place. Wishing to have more stay with this place

Located in the heart of Wan Chai, with easy access to the major public transportation network and commercial buildings. 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest Wan Chai MTR station, 15 minutes walking away from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre; and 40 minutes car ride to the Hong Kong International Airport.
The hotel is 29 stories high. The design concept of the glass exterior wall of the hotel is based on the theme of the golden dragon. The scales on its body are used as exterior wall decoration. When the sunlight is refracted, the whole building shines brightly. At the same time, it also effectively reduces the direct sunlight into the room and reduces the impact on our environment. The hotel has 138 rooms and suites, inspired by the rich history and culture of Wan Chai, which entailed the design elements. Each room is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, rainforest shower, Nespresso coffee machines and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, to provide you with a comfortable stay. In addition, the hotel has a 24-hour fitness room and a glass-bottom infinity pool on the top floor of the hotel. Guests feel like they are floating and swimming above the Wan Chai community while enjoying the intoxicating scenery of Wan Chai.

Hotel Indigo Hong Kong Island offers a stylish and comfortable stay right in the heart of Central Hong Kong, making it an excellent base for exploring all the city has to offer. With easy access to transport, shops, restaurants, and cultural spots, the location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages.
We stayed in one of the suites, which was surprisingly spacious by Hong Kong standards, and offered a homely, welcoming atmosphere. The room was well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable — an ideal place to return to after a busy day in the city.
While the hotel’s gym facilities were adequate, the rooftop pool — which looked great — was unfortunately closed during our stay. Views from the property were decent, though not quite as expansive as some other hotels in the city.
Breakfast was adequate but unremarkable, with limited options and average quality, but it did the job for a quick start to the day. Where the hotel truly excels, however, is in its staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and consistently reliable. From check-in to local advice and special requests, the service was warm and genuine.
A special thank you to Jacinda Chan, Anna, and Apple, whose exceptional hospitality and attentiveness made a real difference in our overall experience.
For the price point, Hotel Indigo offers excellent value — clean and comfortable beds, convenient location, and welcoming service all combine to create a solid choice for travellers looking for a practical, stylish, and reliable place to stay in Hong Kong.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the city with everything right on your doorstep.

And I was a little sad that the fried eggs at the breakfast buffet were not made on the spot but were prepared in advance.

地理位置很优秀，每次来沈阳玩都会选这家，出了北站走10分钟就到了，节假日不加价，性价比很高。
建议不要住中庭，无法开窗可能比较闷。然而有浴缸的套房是中庭景观，不然就定了。
早餐比较丰盛，住了3天每天的炒菜都不一样。主食是一样的。
会员礼品也很丰富，不光有饮料，还可以拿充电线什么的，质量还不错。

The hotel has exquisite fashion guest rooms with a comfortable environment. 1st - the air conditioning in my room was a major issue. Despite setting the temperature to 19°C, the room remained uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to sleep. Sweating through the night
2nd - when I requested water, it took multiple calls before the delivery was made. Even though the hotel relies on automated machines for service, the delay and lack of efficiency were frustrating.
Unfortunately, this stay was not as comfortable or convenient as I expected. I hope the management can address these issues for future guests.
