Paying for faulty equipment

I did enjoy my stay at this Hotel. But 4 days after I left, they slipped a $100 dollar charge on me for the kitchen sink smelling. Now I had been having problems with the sink since the first day but I overcame it and survived. The disposal/sink leaked during my entire stay and I had to reset the disposal several times. It was their equipment that had the issue but I got charged for it. This will not happen again and none of my fellow employees will stay here.

Great overall experience during my first stay!

I typically stay at a nearby hotel when I'm in town each month for business. This time, I was booked at the Holiday Inn Express. I was a little anxious, as I like my routine. However, from the very beginning, I was impressed by the friendliness and service of the entire staff. I required a hotel shuttle each morning, which was always there to pick me up within 5 minutes. They even offered to shuttle me to the airport later that day after I had checked out. The hotel was quiet, and my room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff made daily visits. Breakfast was nice, and there's a very good selection of various items. They even have a nice Happy Hour in the evening, where you can get complimentary wine and beer. Overall, my stay was exceptional. There really isn't a single thing I can point out as a negative. I highly recommend this hotel.

Run down, cold unclean rooms. Staff were friendly

This hotel does not have EV charging despite what it says on the website. When I asked I was told well yes we do and no we don't..... it's not switched on yet!
The room was cold even with the air con on and remained so all the time I was there. The room was very tired and there were quite a few hairs on the bedding. The duvet was very thin making a cold stay even worse.
The staff were friendly excet for the receptionist the next morning when I stated my complaints. I never got an acknowledgement.
Save your money and stay at one of the local pubs 5 minutes away where the rooms are warm, cosy and the food excellent. Don't book here.

Checked in after a long day driving. As an IHG member I guess I’m used to being greeted politely. Instead I was greeted by what can only be described as an angry unenthusiastic employee who seemed bothered by my presence. It was 830 in the evening and I just wanted to sleep. Not in the mood to deal with it. I wouldn’t stop there again, especially with soo many other choices in the immediate area

Room was clean, bed comfortable, no real charging ports for USB , desk not very friendly.
Over all was good, need to fix the door to the room we stayed in. Door has a huge gap at the lock location.
