I have been travel around the world and many of hotels that I stays , INTERCONTINENTAL SAIGON would be the top of the list that I will recommend. The way that they train of staff how to take care of the guest and the way they treat you , By the way the dinner buffet is one of the best that I have , I am very strong recommend. Best central hotel

On arrival, shown a small room, on a smoking floor by the lift, which is completely opposite to my written requests, but rectified, and told no soft pillows until later available.
Usual clean comfortable standards, seemed to be a bit short of staff but this may have been due to the end of the lunar new year holiday.
Still probably the best hotel for a stay in Saigon, being very central for all the sights and restaurants

As you have mentioned, one of the reasons we stand out is our prime location: right in the heart of District 1, within walking distance to many tourist attractions and corporate offices. When we checked in the lift from the ground to the first floor was not working and the staff was not helpful had to drag my uncle and dad up the elevator. You should have the lift functioning it gives a negative opinion of the hotel. The man on the reception help us. Even though he was busy.

I would recommend staying at this hotel if you want a leisure moment with family. The pool is child friendly, also have a private beach. Room was clean and comfortable bed, despite a bit small comparea to other 5 stars hotel. Overall it was a great stay.
