Strategically located at Jalan Lembong, which is connected to Jalan Asia Afrika, Jalan Braga and Jalan Merdeka, Crowne Plaza® Bandung represents the city as a business and tourist destination. The location is also within close proximity to the city’s business, government, historical, entertainment and shopping centres.
The Crowne Plaza Bandung is a short five-minute walk from the historical site and Bandung City Landmark. Start exploring the surrounding by walking along Jalan Asia Afrika, starting from Jalan Tamblong and going through Jalan Braga.
Stop by to taste, or even better bring home, Bandung’s all-time traditional culinary favourites, such as Batagor Kingsley, Pisang Bolen Kartika Sari, Sambal Hejo Natuna, and Sweet Cantina Ice Cream, which sells ice cream and cookies that are quite popular among young people. If you need a play space for your children, you can walk 500 metres to the city park. Taman Vanda and Taman Balai Kota Bandung are among the many parks in town that are kid-friendly.
After spending time enjoying the atmosphere of Bandung, head back to the hotel, where you will be assisted by Jaka, the Digital Concierge, that will provide for your various needs during your stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung. Good Hotel but Poor Internet and terrible Breakfast

its no doubt that Crowne Plaza always means good quality but this hotel is very new i think while poor internet and terrible breakfast which i can't find good international food for foreigners, totally indian food with strong taste. its really not acceptable acutally as breakfast is so important for business people traveling in Pune or other city. staff is very helpful.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Cairns 15 and 16FEB17.
It was an intense business visit.
The HI Cairns provided a relaxing environment and the professional customer service of the staff was exceptional.
I really liked the open and breezy foyer and walk to the bar restaurant pool.
As a business traveller combined showers and bath and shower curtains are always groan worthy!
However, I would definitely stay again. I accept that Cairns is geared to leisure travellers.

Facilities were old, sometimes unclean.

We are disappointed to hear that room comfort and cleanliness was not to your expectation and our standards. Our Resort is getting constantly upgraded and I am happy to say that following the positive changes that we have already made within the Resort, from the fully renovated Terrace Café restaurant, new Spa, new meeting rooms in the Beach Wing, new Gym, Resort Center and Kids Club as well as brand new elevators in the Ferringhi Tower. We will continue to upgrade the Beach Wing side of the Resort with new lobby, lobby lounge and Kids club starting March 2017 and then driving the rooms.
I hope we will have the opportunity to welcoming you back in our Resort in the future to see the changes.

チェックイン時に名前と明細がまちがっており、戸惑ったがほかは問題なく過ごせて良かった。夕食のバイキングはもう少し種類があっても良いと思えた。また、補充が間に合っておらず、食べたいものが食べられなかったのが残念だった。

10 Day Stay at Suva

Overall a great location for the hotel. Holiday Inn at such a good location and with great views are really hard to find. In addition, you can have food and drinks while enjoying the view. These are biggest pros.
Cons:
Staff needs to be bit attentive. There were some minor issues that staff could not resolve at all. Only the GM of the property was bit helpful and helped solve those.

Staff needs more training on problem solving and attending to guests who are having such a long stay- for example breakfast never changed for 10 days- that makes it very difficult.
Overall, a great location, a good bar and really average staff but with promising General Manager.
