Quiet and relaxing

This is the place to be when you need quiet and peaceful environment., close to nature and away from the noises of traffic. Breakfast was excellent but did not come prepared to use the gym. Will do so next time.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good overall facilities

A well located hotel close to the airport, also close to southern sydney. Good bar and restaraunt facilities, food menu has good variety.
Rooms are comfortable, in usual holiday inn style. Beds are great, and the toom i had was very quiet

我是由于在机场方便坐飞机因此选择这家酒店，总体感觉服务和酒店环境尚可，可惜是不包括早餐，价格方面就有些小贵了。我们一天三餐均未在酒店用餐，房间的条件和舒适程度尚可，但是酒店的前台并不能认出和说明我是会员，我也不知道积分是否进行了累加了，这让我非常不理解，是系统不显示吗？还是服务人员不在意是不是会员！同时我们对于客房服务人员还是满意的。

仕事終わりでの利用となったため快適に眠れることや静かな環境で落ち着いて過ごせることを目的に選びました。まさに、その目的を満たしてくれ快適に過ごせました。
バー・ラウンジのサービスなどが早い時間で終了していたりと利用できないものも多かったですが、体を休める場所としては最適だと思いました。

ホテルにビジネスを助けられる・・・

私は今回の InterContinental Strings Tokyo での滞在の前から、今回の滞在中に東京で会う海外からの私の重要なお客様からの「無理難題」のリクエストについて悩んでいました。
そこで思い切ってホテル側に相談しましたところ、宿泊部長の方が手配を快くしていただき、これがこの私の海外からのお客様の印象をガラリと変えてしまい、今回のビジネスが大変スムーズに決まり、マニラでの新しいビジネスが決まりました。
また、滞在中は連日朝からショーに参加し、また商談でホテルへ戻るのは深夜の毎日が続来ましたが、ホテル側は毎日リクエストして事を忠実に、完璧にこなしてくれており、ビジネスが本当にスムーズにストレス無く進める事が出来ました。
本当に InterContinental Strings Tokyo 、宿泊部長の方、宿泊部のスタッフの方々には感謝をしております。
ありがとうございました。。。

Holiday Inn Express Durban Umhlanga hotel, located on Umhlanga Ridge, is a few minutes drive from the Umhlanga Beaches and minutes from the popular Gateway Theatre of Shopping mall. The contemporary curving facade of the Holiday Inn Express Durban Umhlanga faces the Indian Ocean, showcasing spectacular sunrises each morning. This three star hotel is 10 km from Durban's vibrant city centre, and 13 km from King Shaka International Airport. Leave your vehicle in our secure underground car park when you attend meetings in the two air-conditioned meeting rooms of Holiday Inn Express Durban-Umhlanga. It is a short taxi ride to meetings at Alexander Forbes and Deloitte and we're within walking distance of Illovo Sugar and Aecom and 15 km from congresses at the Durban International Convention Centre.
