This hotel is located in a really nice area. Within walking distance to nice restaurants and department stores. It seems to have been remodeled recently. The room is clean and modern.

Great stay and maybe the best beds in the world!

A well-placed, clean and friendly place in Osaka.
The check in staff was very helpful and kind.
The breakfast was also terrific but what really made my stay was the bed. Hotel beds are usually various degrees of bland in terms of comfort and sleep quality. Sure its a matter of preference, but the high quality mattress. pads, sheets and pillows gave me my best nights sleep while on business in MANY years. Is hugely more comfortable than the run.of-the-mill business hotel bed.
I'll definitely be back for the great service and comfort.

Pleasant stay

Stayed for a week for some chill time after extensive travel.
Rather bland reception area but receptionist pleasant and efficient
Room on 22nd floor gave excellent views of beach and surrounding built up area, comfortable beds and nice room although some of the furniture chipped and worn
Breakfast was adequate but some of the morning staff didn't appear happy in their role however two of the ladies were lovely and friendly conversely all the evening staff were lovely
The set menu meal was excellent value and this included a bottle of wine
Swimming pool was warm but the sun beds were hard plastic and there was very little shade
