ask for Adel. He will take care of you. Very hands on person. Need to beef up the gym a bit though. Can be easily done with some extra dumbbells that's over 20 lbs

Overall a good experience. Staff was very helpful. Accessories in room were great - particularly the thoughtfulness to provide a mobile with local number was unmatched.
Room was clean and fresh and had sufficient space to not feel cramped.
The place is far from metro service and most taxi guys were not aware of the hotel.
Menu for vegetarians was very poor.
Restaurant was cramped.

this hotel is located in a perfect area, close to airport and close to downtown. Close to some very great shopping and many but many dinning options.

Charming and confortable hotel

The roof top pool is clean and relaxing. The room is very charming and convinient to work through wifi.
It is very easy to shop and eat near by with reasonable cost.
Because of heavy rain in the morning it was very hard to take a taxi. But the front person was very helpful to arrange a special car instead.
