Holiday Inn Rotorua
Rotorua is the perfect destination to warm up in, whatever the season. Relax in geothermal hot springs or explore the Redwoods mountain bike trails. The weather in Rotorua means you can stay active all year round with plenty of activities to entertain. Holiday Inn Rotorua is situated on the edge of the beautiful Whakarewarewa Forest. The hotel is a great base for families and adventurers to explore. For parents, relax and have a holiday with the kids. Kids Stay & Eat Free and we have the Play Zone. Our VIK (Very Important Kids) get a free wristband on arrival which gives deals for kid friendly activities around Rotorua. We are the closest hotel to the famous Rotorua mountain bike and cycling trails. After a day exploring, you can use our purpose-built bike wash and secure storage facilities. We have plenty of on-site car parking. Our valued IHG Rewards Club members enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi. Reward yourself with a dip in our geothermally heated pool or enjoy a garden spa. Head back to your spacious and modern Standard or Premium rooms. . Relax in our bar before enjoying a meal in our Chapman s Restaurant. If heading into town our complimentary shuttle can take you on request. Whether you re hosting four or 600 people, Holiday Inn Rotorua is the perfect venue to make meetings and conferences a success.

Hi, I am IHG spire elite member. I stayed in Crown Plaza Surfer Paradise end of Feb 2017.
Stuff is super nice, but hotel need asap renovation. This is not level of Crown Plaza. Rooms are old and outdated. Aircon super old and slow and rooms are hot. Gym very outdated. Pool is nice, and rooms are clean

Service was good, the standard of accommodation is commensurate with a 3 star hotel. Ideal if you want good basic accommodation in Surfers Paradise.

One of Sydney's best

This was my third stay at this hotel. I am a Spire member who travels all over the world and do not give such high ratings easily.
The location is fantastic with only a few minutes walk to the beach. There are walkways along the cliffs and beach that can take you all the way to Bondi beach. About 20-25mins to airport but great setting. The views are incredible from all the rooms I have been in. The hotel has a very nice pool and well equipped gym if you need to get some exercise.
The biggest plus for this great location is the staff, I had great service from everyone! From check in to restaurant staff and even housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful in every way possible.
This is my number one choice when I visit Sydney.

Confortable bed, great service and what a view from the top.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary. We were checked in with wonderful customer service. Our room was nice, and just what we needed. The location is great and within walking distance of most of the city. We received a little chocolate dessert for it being our anniversary which was thoughtful. The bar upstairs (club intercontinental) is open to the public after 9pm on Friday and Saturday nights and is well worth the lift ride up the top, wonderful views and an extensive cocktail list, however we unfortunately had to wait a bit for our fantastic cocktails to arrive. The bar downstairs is also lovely. Best of all though was the famous buffet breakfast in the morning - outstanding. Thank you intercontinental!
