Great experience staying in this hotel.

Pro:
Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room is clean and uniquely design.

Con:
The bed is a little too hard and unforgiving for my back.

Issue encountered:
We encounter some problem with the air-conditioner in the room. It sometimes suddenly turned off by itself then automatically turn back on again after a few second. This problem will cycle a few time before going back to normal operation.

Excellent service

Excellent service all over from reception to cleaning crew. During my booking, I made a request if the hotel could do something nice to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and they did. It was very sweet of the hotel staff to remember.

InterContinental Tahitian Style

Staying at the Inter-Continental Moorea was a great experience. The staff gave us a warm welcome and were really friendly. It felt like they genuinely cared and wanted you to have a pleasant and relaxing stay. Concierge was very knowledgeable and offered a wide range of excursions to keep you busy throughout the day. Food was great. Local staff was super friendly.

Top quality attention.

We were welcomed by Kuo, from Bell service. She was professional and personable.
I had absolutely no problems with my stay, except due to my own fault. I left a letter in my room that was not posted. The hotel staff found my letter and posted it for me after confirming the address. Wonderful service!

Great location and helpful staff

We stayed here after driving for quite some time and were very much relieved to end up at such a great hotel with a pleasant staff and we could walk to anything we needed. There were tons of restaurants within walking distance and the Skywalk was in view from our room and walking distance to go take the tour.
