I stay at the IC Jubail whenever I am in the area for business, its a very secure place and offers a great level of comfort.

GOOD HOTEL; UNREASONABLE STAFF

I HAVE STAYED EARLIER WITH IHG GROUP HOTELS AND HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED.THIS STAY WITH CROWNE PLAZA ROHINI WAS GOOD UNTIL CHECK-OUT. WE HAD CHECKED-OUT OF THE HOTEL AND WERE CALLED BACK TO SHOW A BROKEN LAMP WHICH WAS AT A GOOD HEIGHT. I VERY PATIENTLY HEARD WHAT THE HOTEL MANAGER HAD TO SAY. I VERY HONESTLY DECLARED AND MADE A POINT THAT THE LAMP WAS AT HEIGHT AND IT WAS PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANYONE TO NOTICE IT AT ONCE IF IT WAS BROKEN EARLIER TO OUR OCCUPANCY OR AFTER WE LEFT. WE HAD BEEN AWAY FROM THE ROOM FOR 20-25 MINS AFTER CHECK-OUT. AND THE DAMAGE CAUSED WAS AN AGGRESSIVE ONE AND COULD NOT JUST HAPPEN BY MISTAKE. HOWEVER, THE MANAGER MADE ME SIT ALONG WITH MY GUESTS FOR 1 HOUR PLUS AT THE LOBBY TRYING TO RECOVER THE AMOUNT WITHOUT ANY PROOF AT ALL. OVER-ALL A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT CHECK-OUT AND WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO CROWNE PLAZA ROHINI.
