Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Phuket Panwa Beach

A hideaway in Phuket, yet just a stone’s throw from Phuket Town and a short drive to Patong, Crowne Plaza Phuket Panwa Beach is exclusively set in Makham Bay. This beautiful Phuket resort draws design inspiration from the rich heritage of the area with its marbled floors, rich woods and flowing water throughout the public areas and guest rooms, offset by contemporary art, light and space. The resort boasts two beachfront pools serviced by bars and restaurants. A third beachfront pool is semi-private for those who choose to stay in our Panwa Duplex Lagoon, some of the finest Phuket accommodations. Our lobby bar is elevated over Makham Bay to take full advantage of the wooded headlands, jagged cliffs and nearby islands. Suites feature baths by the bay window and all guest rooms have a separate bath from shower. All rooms have private, furnished balconies and free Wi-Fi connectivity that is easy to access throughout the resort. Our chefs are masters of traditional Royal Thai cuisine. We also have an Italian Patio set on the beach to take advantage of the Phuket weather and romantic twilight. Our activities manager can organise everything from evening beach campfires, kayaking trips to nearby islands or cooking classes. A tour desk is available so you can explore the island and surrounding waters. We also feature a signature spa for the ultimate relaxation, Panwa spa. A supervised kids club, gym and cafe complete this fine beach resort.

Did not fully live up to my expectations

I have stayed in many hotels in India also at Crown Plaza hotels in New Delhi and mostly been very pleased with the service level and the facilities of the hotel. Crown Plaza Mayur Vihar Noida did not fully live up to my expectations.

In India it rarely experience lack of staff, not in a hotel, not in a store, etc. But this hotel was staffed to handel full capacity.
And if you think of putting the ekstra in for a Club access, forget it!
When you book the rom it say " Room offer access to our club lounge with comp breakfast evening cocktails and tea or coffee at lobby lounge". There is No Club lounge and there is No Comp breakfast. You can get some drinks between 6 and 8 pm at the bar, if you are able to get the attention from the understaffed bar.

Sorry, I will choose another hotel next time in Delhi, It may be another Crown Plaza hotel, because I know they are better then this.

Located off the Pune Bangalore Highway and a mere 10 minutes drive away from the Mumbai – Pune Expressway, Holiday Inn Pune is strategically located two kilometers from the IT hub in Hinjewadi. Rooms are elegantly designed and well-equipped with a workstation, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, media hub, LCD TVs, electric kettle, iron with ironing board, e-safe and so on to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. The MICE facilities are specifically designed to ensure inspiring and successful meetings and events. A combination of meeting rooms, banquet spaces, an array of food and beverage options and a designated team makes for an effortless event execution be it a corporate or a social event. Descent hotel.. amazing rooms and great service by staff.. home away home.. they will go extra mile to satisfy and make u happy during ur stay. Overall enjoyable experience. Kudos to ms Priya who was working at reception at the time of check out. She was very warm nd friendly with all the guests. Amazing job done by her.
