Return after 15 years away

Fantastic return to this great hotel. On an extended holiday and had to stay at the hotel I always stayed at over 15 years ago when on business.
The welcome and facilities were even better and recognition of Spire RA status superb. We even got a welcome back card - now that's customer service.
The Lounge is perfect and the cocktails and canapés in the evening really wonderful And nice to be able to invite a friend who live in Singapore into the lounge as a complimentary perk.
We are panning to come back already

Overall it was an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza Semarang. The staff at the check in counter was wonderful and understand how to meet the customer's request. Breakfast was excellent, lots of healthy food to choose from.Well done

How the crowne can improve more

The carpet on the living room at suites should be perfectly dry not danp.Shower hot water is not hot enough.Breakfast buffet food need more improvement.Price increasement is too much.But i have to admit hotel staff are very nice and friendly

The Crowne Plaza in Noida is an excellent facility. Traveling so far from home (the USA) can be very stressful. Having a dependable hotel to stay in makes the experience much less stressful and the Crowne Plaza is such a dependable hotel. I definitely recommend it!
