旺季出行加积分换房，有一定心理准备，但实际感受比想象还差。首先高级会员房间未升级，哪怕升一级也好，不过旺季可能房态导致，这个算了。然后早餐，西式还都不错，日式味道太差食材不够新鲜，米粉不热，两个人要一个茶壶都等了好久。8点前到餐厅会员价2500日元，前台忘记告知要凭优惠券享受优惠，结果在餐厅差点中招多付钱。入住第三天游泳池整修不营业，入住时前台错误告知是日式泡浴不营业，正好说反了，害得没游成。CO时在前台提出这些问题，赔偿了5000积分。非RA还是慎选这家

Eerie decor

A group of us were staying at this resort, the property itself was beautiful and the front desk staff were so welcoming and kind.
In my comments to the hotel, I mentioned that the lights would intermittently go on and off, and after 5 separate fixtures from the staff, the lights finally stayed on at 10pm...and they refused to be switched off (ha!). This was a bit disturbing for me and I could barely get much sleep; but honestly, there're more reasons to my sleepless night...
When we first arrive, my friends told me their rooms have green mirrors on the ceiling right above their beds...needless to say, that is rather strange decor to have, it immediately reminded me of some Chinese ghost/horror movies...
Later in the day, there were a few monkeys on my room balcony. The babies were so adorable, but there was one very stern looking elderly monkey....with his right hand missing....
After dinner, my friends and I visited the Karaoke facility, and let's just say it was rather creepy. The decor behind the Karaoke reception desk was a large bookshelf of busts (each had a unique face)...while it is intriguing it is not exactly the friendliest decor. Searching for staff to help us, there was no one in sight, roaming in the dark for 5-10 minutes, we finally found someone. When we were finally led to our karaoke room, I immediately spotted a bust in the room and...the general decor and lighting made it seem like the perfect stage for a spine-chilling thriller novel.
Going back to my room (around 1am I think?), as a petite-sized girl staying in a large room alone in this establishment...it was quite scary.
Aside from the decor and the unfortunate lighting in my room, I must say the hotel is quite amazing. The cocktail at the bar are so good. I was impressed with the movie selections at the hotel cinema. Food was generally satisfying as well. I would definitely come again, but next time I would probably bring a friend to stay with me.

My family and I had an amazing time at your property. Your team did a great job keeping up with the high standards of a world famous five-star establishment. The only one thing I would like to suggest is having your team trained more often about anticipating guests' needs and going above and beyond to deliver excellent service. From the moment we arrived, the staff at this hotel was excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant. Made the stay much more enjoyable. Tim was by far the most helpful employee I dealt with. I would stay here again just based on the service alone. The room itself is what you would expect for a Holiday Inn - nothing fancy but clean and practical.

Das Hotel entspricht den Erwartungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool ist allerdings zum Schwimmen zu klein und ein Zimmer zur Straße ist doch gewöhnungsbedürftig da der Lärm stellenweise stark zu hören ist.

跟朋友一起旅行， 我订的两间房都升级了。 到了酒店， 说送我早晨。 可我预定的时候已经订了早晨的， 浪费了。 酒店的服务很好， 地理位置也好， 周围购物吃饭， 都很方便。 新加坡一般不用给小费。 可看到酒店门口帮忙拦车的doorman还是觉得很不好意思， 大热天的， 一直在外面帮我们叫车， 还穿着那么多的衣物。酒店的早晨很不错， 选择很多， 环境也好。 以为去新加波还会入住。
