Excellent stay! The hotel staff were welcoming, and the service was great in general. The gym was fantastic and had tons of machines and equipment. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. The entire place was clean and well-maintained. The in-room fitness equipment was absolutely perfect, allowing me to make the most of my spare time for a workout. Overall, a great experience!

I had a working AC 1 of the 4 nights I stayed. It finally worked on night 3. But it didn’t work again on night 4. Engineering visited the room 3 times. The room itself was a little run down but nice enough. I have ambassador status with Intercontinental. This didn’t seem to matter much.

My stay was very comfortable and the rooms are clean. Staff was attentive and especially Rainbow nothing is too much trouble. Rainbow always ensured our room was cleaned at a convenient time to us and the room is spotless

The hotel was conveniently located beside a large shopping centre. There were also many dining options nearby. Even a Tim Horton's within walking distances to those craving a taste of Canada.
I was pleasantly surprised to see a yoga mat and other wellness items in the room.
This hotel also has a convenient shuttle service directly to Hong Kong or Hong Kong International Airport (which I took advantage of).

Hotel staffs are all friendly and willing to help guests. It’s good that you can get the coffee and some snacks at lobby for free, the hotel location is great, there are many famous street food around. I must say this is the best breakfast I got at holiday inn express.
